We currently accept VISA, Discover and Mastercard We also accept Venmo and Cash App:https://venmo.com/u/venmenhttps://cash.app/$VenmenQ: What is your cancellation policy?A: Cancellation & Refund Policy:Short-Term Stays (Less than 6 months) with 15+ Days Notice: Full refund of your deposit.Less than 14 Days Notice: The 1-night deposit is non-refundable.No-Shows: No refund will be issued for guests who do not arrive for their scheduled stay.Long-Term Stays (Monthly) with 31+ Days Notice: Full refund of your deposit.Less than 30 Days Notice: The $100 deposit is non-refundable.Early Departure: Guests departing before their scheduled end date will be charged a 1-month fee for the months not stayed.Seasonal/Extended Stays (6+ months) with 61+ Days Notice: Full refund of your deposit.Less than 60 Days Notice: The 1-month deposit is non-refundable.Weather Policy: We do not offer refunds for weather-related events unless the the weather is deemed severe or the resort is officially closed by management for safety.Q: Do you allow pets?A: Yes.
