No-Shows: No refund will be issued for guests who do not arrive for their scheduled stay. Long-Term Stays (Monthly) with 31+ Days Notice: Full refund of your deposit. Less than 30 Days Notice: The $100 deposit is non-refundable. Early Departure: Guests departing before their scheduled end date will be charged a 1-month fee for the months not stayed. Seasonal/Extended Stays (6+ months) with 61+ Days Notice: Full refund of your deposit. Less than 60 Days Notice: The 1-month deposit is non-refundable.
